Horikoshi Sensei Visits Atlanta to Conduct Intensive 3 Day Aikido Seminar at Roswell Budokan

Sensei Haruyoshi Horikoshi started his Aikido training in the mid 1960's with the Hosei University Aikido Club, Tokyo, Japan under the instruction of the late Sadateru Arikawa Sensei. Horikoshi Sensei's other instructors included Y.Yamada Sensei,Y.Kobayashi Sensei, the late K. Osawa Sensei, second Doshu Kisshomaru Ueshiba, and occasional training led by O-sensei Morihei Ueshiba, the founder of Aikido.
Aikido is a modern Japanese Martial Art that features dynamic throws, intricate joint locks, and secure pins. Emphasis is placed on non-competitive training in pursuit of the perfect technique.
Instruction in empty handed Aikido and traditional weapons techniques will take place over three days, April 20 - 22nd in the state of the art martial arts facility, Roswell Budokan, 11516 Woodstock Rd. Roswell, Georgia.
