MADISON, WI – The owner of Better Parenting Coaching, Katherine Reschke, is the local parenting coach that feels that parents have lost the JOY of parenting due to the overwhelming demands of their jobs, household chores and scheduled activities. Katherine is a great believer in having her clients set clear values for their children and are modelled and reinforced throughout their childhood. She also feels structure is essential because kids need the consistency in their lives such as clearly defined consequences for both good and bad behavior, family mealtimes, and scheduled family time. Katherine is also a great advocate for getting families to engage in regular and meaningful conversation which is something that has faded from many families’ lives due to the increased popularity of television, the internet, and computerized games.
Katherine works with parents who are open minded, flexible, passionate about his/her family and will be honest in the coaching process.
