Appleton, WI, April 11, 2007 – In honor of this upcoming Earth Day, Fox River Coffee Company announces the sale of its Certified Organic Peruvian Coffee to the general public. This coffee blend, along with the other Certified Organic coffees currently offered by Fox River Coffee Company, are sure to assist in an earth friendly celebration to this Earth Day.
The Certified Organic Coffees are a premium blend of certified organic and Fair Trade certified beans that were created using a well-balanced bean. Certified Organic means more than grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Certified Organic is the industry standard (and now law) to ensure that organic standards are met and maintained. As an alternative to pesticides, organic farmers set traps, introduce rival species, and literally pour over their trees by hand to remove unwanted pests.
