Cheryl and her husband, Mike Johnson, own Johnson Realty, a hybrid of traditional real estate companies, flat fee brokers and FSBO. Johnson provides full service representation without high commission
For_Immediate_Release:

April 12, 2007 (Press Release) -- April 12, 2007: ST. LOUIS, Mo.—Cheryl Johnson of Johnson Realty of St. Louis was recently named a Five Star Agent by St. Louis Magazine. The list includes the real estate agents in St. Louis with the highest customer satisfaction, as chosen by recent homebuyers and other industry experts.

Cheryl and her husband, Mike Johnson, own Johnson Realty, a hybrid of traditional real estate companies, flat fee brokers and FSBO. Johnson provides full service representation without the high commissions, offering a $500 MLS listing plus 1/3% commission at closing. Traditional agents often charge 6%, although, by law, this is negotiable. Cheryl Johnson says the firm provides service to clients by helping reduce the number of days on the market for single family homes and also by providing expert negotiation, insight and full-service representation for sellers and buyers.

“At Johnson Realty, we combine the full service representation of traditional real estate companies, independence of FSBO and low commissions of the discount brokers,” Cheryl Johnson said. “We’re bringing value to our customers through this hybrid structure.”

St. Louis Magazine partnered with Crescendo Business Services, an independent research group, to put together the list of Five Star Agents. The company surveyed recent homebuyers, mortgage and title companies and a panel of local industry experts. The resulting list includes less than 7% of St. Louis licensed real estate agents. For more information, see the April issue of St. Louis Magazine or visit www.stlmag.com.

Johnson Realty of St. Louis was founded in 2005 to bring St. Louis an alternative to traditional and discount real estate companies. Johnson Realty is owned by Cheryl and Mike Johnson and the company uses aggressive marketing, full-service expert representation and real financial savings to bring a better way to St. Louis sellers and buyers.
