April 13, 2007 (Press Release) --
Originally developed for the US market, by Maffini & Bearce, a marketing-design firm located on the French Riviera, EOAT wines have been retailing in the US and Canada since December 2006. The label has now begun to attract attention in France. It seems that the French will also welcome a critter label, as long as the wine in the bottle is good.
Two popular Elephant on a Tightrope wines from the Languedoc region ; a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Chardonnay, will be making a first appearance in Provence, at «SUDIS Vins d’ici Vins d’ailleurs», a caviste specialising in wines from around the world, located in the Var on the French Riviera.
Catering to the international clientele of the French Riviera, SUDIS will be featuring EOAT wines in their in-store tastings throughout the busy summer months. The wines will also be available on-line at www.sudis.fr
