A survey by the NPD Group showed that roughly 62% of adults and 34% of children are overweight. As much as 10% more are underweight. Even those who meet US acceptable standards for body mass may want to get in better shape, increase muscle mass, or lean out. Virtually everyone wants to make a goal to initiate some form of change to their physique.
What are these goals? They are vast and include weight loss, muscle gain, better health, leaner body, more flexibility, injury prevention, injury recovery, and even simply fitting in a dress. One may seek big, huge muscles and a ‘ripped’ physique while another seeks long, lean muscles and a slender physique. Many just want to lose weight and get into shape, yet don’t know exactly how they want to look. The point is no two people have exactly the same goal. Because our goals vary, no one diet or exercise plan will create the unique physique each of us desires. For this reason, most diet and exercise programs fail people. It is important to remember during the quest for self-defined perfection that nothing is written in stone. The key is to have the tools to understand how the body works and a road map to get there.
The founder of The Art of Creating Your Physique, who goes by the name "No Mercy", has created two unique online courses that are geared towards getting the desired results through education about how the body works. The nutritional and training techniques for each goal and sport differ greatly from one extreme to the other. No one plan works for everyone. We are each unique individuals in other ways too. Our metabolisms vary. Our activity levels, cultures, and nutritional needs differ. Most importantly we each have differing taste for foods and differing schedules and work demands. The Art of Creating Your Physique gives individuals the tools to make a custom plan based on their goals and desires. No Mercy says "If you want to each cake or a favorite dish, you can! It's very possible to enjoy the foods you love and the course tells you how to do this."
The Art of Creating Your Physique training series aims to provide the nuts and bolts information and knowledge needed to design your own nutritional and training program in simple language. Participants learn to achieve their own individual goals without gimmicks and fads. The Art of Creating Your Physique is nothing more than sound nutritional and training advice that can be used to create a unique plan that is right for you. Any part of it can be taken or left as the ropes are learned to creating your own physique. Two individual courses are offered: Part 1: Nutrition and Part 2: Training. Graduates have access to continued peer support via a listserv that No Mercy participates in as well.
