April 14, 2007 (Press Release) --
Tyco's line of N.S.E.C.T. Swarm radio-controlled toys is a series of transforming mutants with attack modes and a brain-shaped controller. The line includes Nano Shocker, Nano Stryker and Nano N.S.E.C.T.
Nano Shocker is a cyber ball that transforms into a light-flashing beast with three levels of assault. Featuring glowing L.E.D.-lit eyes, rhino-style protective shell and snap-attack tail, this mutant is set for battle.
Nano Stryker resembles a snake on a path of destruction. The slithering radio-controlled toy features snap-jaw action.
Nano N.S.E.C.T., which resembles a combination of insects, is a menacing foe with its tentacles, flashing eyes and missile-firing capabilities.
SwimWays' new pool toys include a radio-controlled metallic shark and a spaceship-looking water soaker.
R/C Cyborg Hammerhead Shark swims forward, backward, left to right. The sea creature's tail moves as its glowing red eyes seek its prey ($79.99).
SwimWays' radio-controlled water soaker allows for the element of surprise. Drench someone feet away from where you stand or hide. Continue the attack as the toy advances around the pool or play area with the battery-operated controller ($79.99).
Uncle Milton has a couple of hair-rising items to add to the radio-control mix.
RC Tarantula has a realistic fury texture and light-up eyes. Each of its eight legs has individual movement ($24.99).
RC Snake is more than 20 inches of slithering reptile. It comes in two varieties: Banana Boa and green mamba. Both creatures possess flashing light-up eyes and extended forked tongue.
RC Tarantula and RC Snake both come equipped with an egg-shaped controller ($24.99 each).
Known for its high-tech, radio-controlled toys, Spin Master's Air Hogs line has introduced the smallest radio-controlled helicopter to date.
The Air Hogs Havoc Heli weighs in at 0.35 ounces and is recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the smallest radio-controlled helicopter.
The miniflyer has a four-way controller and makes for great indoors play ($29.99).
