Kankakee fireman who is running for Alderman disclosed that Police Pension payment for 2006 was missing $900,000

(Free-Press-Release.com) April 14, 2007 -- A Kankakee fireman who is running for Alderman disclosed that the Kankakee Police Pension is $16,000,000 short. He then explained that the 2006 contribution by the City to the pension was not $1,035,423 but actually $84,628.74. $900,000 just vanished. Next, he got a letter from his Fire Chief.
