Kam Shadan is President and founder of Private Client Services Inc.(PCS) a premier Total Wealth Management TM family office services firm. He is the creator and developers of Financial Triage TM. He is in the process of creating an adaptable financial analysis/assessment platform applicable to all ranges of Financial wealth or lack there of in society. Prior to founding PCS Kamyar was a Managing Director at The Private Consulting Group and a Private Banker at a major US Bank. Kamyar has an extensive network of relationships with VCs/entrepreneurs/executives/directors of public and private companies in Silicon Valley, San Francisco bay area and Tokyo.
Kamyar is the founder of Financial Diginome Inc. a forward developer of financial data authentication technology with a patent Granted (March 2003) technology which revolutionizes how we authenticate, view and review numeric financial data. This Patented technology is the first of its kind on building a Genome for digits.
Prior to launching Financial Reporting Solutions, Inc. Kamyar was Chief Operating Officer of Coherity Inc. The company was later sold to a Competitor.
Kamyar has provided corporate strategy development, executive coaching, venture capital funding, M&A, investment banking consulting along with strategic partnership development at the various positions he has held through out his over 16 years of Financial Industry service . Kamyar facilitated the majority of the fundings during/post bubble for his clients. Kamyar has been working as a confidant to Executive and Entrepreneurs through out his career and take pride in rapidly gaining an in depth understanding of their priorities, needs, strengths, missing links and objectives. His board members and advisors have included: former CEO/Chairman of fortune 50 companies along with other entrepreneurs and executives of publicly and privately held companies.
Previous to his Strategy/funding deployments he was the COO of Internet Technology Group (ITG) in Silicon Valley and worked with well established business/technology leaders where they built a unique operating model as a holding company/consulting/incubator. His clients ranged from multi-national corporations such as JVC as well as Medium size public/private and emerging companies.
Prior to ITG he worked at Morgan Stanley where he last co-led development of a corporate investment mgt, Hi-Net worth, pension, restricted securities and special situation investment advisory team. The team worked with executives and corporate pension clients on investment and portfolio management structure/implementation strategies. The services included specialized executive compensation plans as well as traditional pension mgt, asset management and restricted securities.
