For the period ending March 31, 2007 Penn Station East Coast Subs celebrated 34 consecutive months of increased average restaurant sales. President Craig Dunaway noted “We are probably one of the most selective franchisors out there when it comes to granting franchises to operators and site selection. Along with a much more visible marketing strategy, we are seeing the results”. “More than 85% of our existing franchisees operate multiple locations and we are adding new franchisees in new territories in the Midwest, Southeast and Mid Atlantic” commented franchise development representative Tom Coyle.
Penn Station East Coast Subs was founded in Cincinnati, OH in 1985 and operates 173 locations primarily in the Midwest and Southeast and has more than 50 more locations are scheduled to open under development agreements. The “original” Philly Cheesesteak remains the most popular menu item.
