HandHeld Entertainment’s Vice President of Business Development to Give Presentation at iHollywood Forum’s Mobile TV and Video Summit on “User-Generated Content and the Warhol Future”

SAN FRANCISCO and LAS VEGAS – April 16, 2007 – HandHeld Entertainment™ (NASDAQ: ZVUE, ZVUEW) today announced that its Vice President of Business Development, Larry Gitlin, will speak on “User-Generated Content and the Warhol Future” at the Mobile TV and Video Summit (MoTV) being held April 17 in Las Vegas as a part of NAB2007.
Gitlin’s presentation will be delivered at 12:15 p.m. in Room S219 in the south hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center prior to the panel discussion titled, “Mobile Advertising and Marketing: This Video Brought to You By...” Earlier in the day, and in the same room, Gitlin will also participate in a panel discussion titled, “Mobile TV: The Battle is Joined,” which will take place prior to his presentation from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Joining Gitlin in the panel discussion will be executives from MDTV Alliance, News Over Wireless, QUALCOMM MediaFLO, and PacketVideo.
Produced by iHollywood Forum and in conjunction with NAB2007, the world’s largest electronic media show, MoTV will focus on the next revolution in mobile media: the migration of near-TV quality video to cell phones. About Larry Gitlin
Larry Gitlin is vice president of business development for HandHeld Entertainment. For more than 15 years, he has gained experience in advanced strategic business development, product development, sales and operations, and specialized in digital media, motion picture and broadcast television, as well as wireless and advanced telecommunications products including advanced DSL, Wi-Fi and PON/FTTX. Gitlin began running production and post-production companies in the mid-1980s and working on films and TV shows as a production manager and line producer, focusing on digital media in 1997. By 2001, he had produced and line-produced more than a dozen films and TV shows in Hollywood and worked on projects including “The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers,” “Hell Hunters” and “Firearm.” From early 2001 until late 2002, Gitlin served as vice president of Qwest’s Corporate Business Development group, where he launched an electronic media delivery product suite trial for the entertainment industry. He also co-created a comprehensive security business unit within Qwest for enterprise and government channels that utilized a broad range of IP-based network applications, Infosec, SSL architectures, DIA, VoIP and local-loop access. From 2003 until mid-2004, Gitlin consulted with several top Silicon Valley firms, such as Harmonic, Inc., leaders in compression and optical network products. He joined HandHeld Entertainment in July 2004.
