Hemp is a high yield commercial fibre crop, which flourishes in areas with temperate climates and is three times stronger than cotton thread. Hemp grows well without the use of herbicides or pesticides making it more environmentally sustainable than other fibre crops. Company Director Alf Vora told Aspire: “We’re a small family run company who pride ourselves on the service and high quality products we offer to our customers. We feel we have given the public a choice with our range of bags. They can now have something high quality, long lasting and strong, that’s environmentally friendly. Our range has been available for 5 – 6 years now and we’ve had no complaints, so that just shows how high the quality is.”
Last year SativaBags.com branched out further by offering hemp trainers. These went down so well with customers that this year they have added three more designs to the range with more to follow later in the year.
