Joshua Humphrey is the executive chef for Sam & Harry’s restaurant in Schaumburg, Illinois. Chef Humphrey’s career has taken him across the country to several excellent establishments including Dallas where he was the chef for and upscale steak house T-Bones. During his tenure there, his customers appreciated his attention to detail and culinary expertise. While general manager at the Gaylord Texas Resort’s Old Hickory Fine Dining Steakhouse, this restaurant was named a “Top 10 New Restaurant 2004” by Dallas Morning News and received a 2005 Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator. Also as General Manager, Abesamis worked for Texas de Brazil in Dallas, and opened the award winning Kalamatas restaurant, part of the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth.
