CHEYNEY, PA 19 April 2007, (Free-Press-Release) – America’s youngest African-American CEO of a publicly-traded company, Ephren W. Taylor II will donate a significant gift to Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. The event will be held on Friday, April 20, at Cheyney’s Graduate School site, 701 Market Street (Mellon Building) third floor. Taylor will be presenting a $350,000 check to create a specialized curriculum and academy for high school and college-aged aspiring entrepreneurs, named in his honor. He will also describe how the Academy will address and help ease the current violence in Philadelphia. The Ephren W. Taylor II Entrepreneurial Academy is scheduled to open in July 2007.
Taylor is a vision-driven wealth entrepreneur, inspirational speaker and corporate philanthropist. He is the CEO of City Capital Corporation (OTCBB:CCCN), which creates economically-sound, socially-conscious investments that give back to local communities, and create affordable homes for working class families nationwide. His companies currently manage over $150 million in assets and projects.

Recently, Taylor launched the Urban Wealth Tour to promote economic empowerment, affordable housing and entrepreneurship in urban communities.During his visit to Pennsylvania, he will speak at local high schools, address private investors,educators, non profit organizations,religious and government leaders to encourage positive change in their urban communities.He will also make another presentation to Tom Joyner at the Cheyney University “Lunch with a Purpose,”to be held at noon on April 20 at the Pyramid Club.
