ZEBULON, N.C. (April 19, 2007) – A select group of five custom home builders has begun construction in Weaver’s Pond, MacGregor Development’s new community in Zebulon. The group of local builders includes Ashbrook Builders, Inc. of Zebulon; Gilley Custom Homes of Rocky Mount; Four Seasons Construction Corporation of NC, Inc. of Raleigh; J.P. Manning Builders of Rocky Mount; and Triangle Classic Homes of Raleigh.
These builders will feature custom-built luxury homes from the mid $300,000s in the Lakewinds neighborhood of Weaver’s Pond. Home plans will range from 2,500 square feet to 3,500 square feet with many bordering a 10-acre pond. With several homes currently under construction, the custom home builder group is represented by Mike and Shirley Wrenn of Parrish Realty.
“This group of talented custom builders offers a combination of more than 75 years experience in residential construction,” said Mike Wrenn. “They are dedicated to creating each homebuyer’s ideal home within this unique community – surrounded by the lush, peaceful landscape of Zebulon, while also minutes away from metropolitan Raleigh via I-540.”
