Construction of custom-built homes has begun in Weaver’s Pond, MacGregor Development’s new community in Zebulon. Standard Pacific Homes will also begin building in two other neighborhoods in April.

ZEBULON, N.C. (April 19, 2007) – A select group of five custom home builders has begun construction in Weaver’s Pond, MacGregor Development’s new community in Zebulon. The group of local builders includes Ashbrook Builders, Inc. of Zebulon; Gilley Custom Homes of Rocky Mount; Four Seasons Construction Corporation of NC, Inc. of Raleigh; J.P. Manning Builders of Rocky Mount; and Triangle Classic Homes of Raleigh.
These builders will feature custom-built luxury homes from the mid $300,000s in the Lakewinds neighborhood of Weaver’s Pond. Home plans will range from 2,500 square feet to 3,500 square feet with many bordering a 10-acre pond. With several homes currently under construction, the custom home builder group is represented by Mike and Shirley Wrenn of Parrish Realty.
