CHARLEY PRIDE TRIBUTE SHOW
Virtual7 Music Entertainment is host to,'Charley Pride Show Tribute Show'. A spectacular show with hit songs like, Kaw-Liga, Kiss An Angel GoodMorning, Is Anybody Goin' To San Antone, Crystal Chandeliers, Roll On Mississippi and many more of the Charley Pride's great country hits. The show will cater to the community, and it's 4 million plus visitors that arrive each year in, Springfield. The renovated theater is spacious but modest, warm and comfortable, and has an inviting atmosphere with superb hospitality that compliments the show and it's guests. It will offer a specialty sweets shop, unique gift and collectors items and recording facility. All of the familiar treats of a venue will be avaiable at the concession stand. Many of Charley Pride's memorabilia will be on display. The venue will be located just two blocks from the largest 'Bass Pro Shop' in the world. Charley can be very proud of his home in Springfield as he is of the artist that tributes him. It is an honor as well as a privilege to dedicate this show to one of country music greatest legend, Charley Pride.
Tom Silas, an early recording artist and his band 'Good Company', will take you on a extraordinary journey through the Pride years with, 36+ number one hits and a special selection from country artists, John Conlee and Trace Adtkins plus originals. Like Charley in many way's, Tom grew up loving, playing and singing country music, since age 10. After traveling, writing and performing since the early 70's, Tom Silas has made his home and country music debut in, Branson Missouri. The show also includes a Charley Pride trivia and game show with prizes. We guarantee you and your family will be entertained! The show will exhibit some rare and interesting photo footage, beginning with Charley Pride's childhood to baseball and family. It then continues with picture clips taking during his musical career, including award winning ceremonies. The MC and narration for the video portion of the show, is done by his wife 'Jewel' of 21 years, former DJ for Springfields Unforgettable Station' KTOZ AM. It takes you through some of, Charley's growing years in the business to super stardom.
