May 6, 2007 (Press Release) --
THIS IS A REAL TESTIMONIAL FROM A REAL PERSON FROM LAST WEEKEND ON OUR SYDNEY WORKSHOP. FOR MORE DETAILS SEE WWW.DATINGWORKSHOPS.COM.AU
-------------------------
Before attending the workshop I had all but accepted a life of infrequently meeting dull women through friends of friends. Alex and his team had the skill and knowledge to build my confidence, teach me techniques which really work and show me how much fun picking up good looking women can be.
The practical nature of the course sets it apart from anything else I saw on offer. Attendance at the workshop was a worthwhile investment in myself, my future and it has shown immediate returns!
The Friday night began with me meeting Alex at a quiet bar in the city where we could openly talk about pickup. I explained that I had read “The Game” and frankly couldn’t believe that picking up women was as easy as it suggested.
We then discussed my problems with picking up women, which were: (a) the approach; and (b) being classed as a really nice guy/new best friend.
Alex explained the structure of how to approach and provided examples of some excellent and simple openers. He also explained how to create sexual tension to avoid falling into the new best friend camp.
We then had a brief rehearsal, which felt weird but allowed Alex to identify and correct some initial problems.
By 9pm we were in the first bar, Alex had seamlessly approached a group of good looking women and introduced me to the group (or “set”).
I forgot everything we had discussed, everything I had read before the workshop and reverted to talking about the venue! We quickly reviewed what had happened and within minutes moved to chat to the next group of women, this time with me doing the approach.
I approached used the openers I had just learnt, felt really quite awkward and wanted to walk away. However, Alex approached reinvigorated the group and then went to the bar to get a drink telling me to stay there.
I chatted to them for as long as I felt I could and then found Alex at the bar, he had just opened a set at the bar. He introduced me and this time it all clicked, she was really keen to give me her number.
The newfound confidence of success lead to more success and so it continued all night. By the end of the night I had approached and chatted to more sets than I could remember and I had 4 new numbers in my phone.
Alex also advised that I could have gone for a kiss with the final girl of the night in the final venue. As the night ended Alex told me that I should contact the girls tomorrow, which I did.
By 8pm on Saturday I had already been on my first date with one of the girl’s from Friday (a “Day 2”) and been shopping for some new wardrobe accessories. Alex and I reviewed the previous day and Alex helped me develop some improvisational techniques to keep conversation flowing. We then headed out for the second night.
As with the first night it took me a couple
