Over the past seven years, small business owner Kristen Ham, has struggled to keep a great office assistant at her home based business on her ranch in Shadehill, South Dakota. After tackling the administrative task of her own office, on and off between office assistants, for the past seven years, she felt she had a great business to offer many other small business owners, a Virtual Office Assistant.
Through her research on the Internet and with her circle of small business owners, she realized there was a large community of business owners who needed the support of a part time office assistant to help their businesses grow.
