May 23, 2007 (Press Release) --
Hong Kong , PRC - May 22, 2007, Shenzhen, Bloombase Technologies, today announced that its Spitfire StoreSafe enterprise storage encryption server has successfully completed interoperability testing with IBM System Storage DS4000 storage systems and IBM System p servers and has been confirmed as IBM System Storage Proven. The IBM System Storage Proven program builds on IBM’s already extensive interoperability efforts to develop and deliver products and solutions that work together with third party products.
"This program helps enhance the value and credibility of Bloombase’s solution to the end user customer," said Harry Xiang of Bloombase Technologies “Our participation in the program demonstrates that Bloombase and IBM are each focused on customer satisfaction by promoting greater interoperability.”
Spitfire StoreSafe enterprise storage encryption server secures confidential persistence data on physical storage subsystems. Customers can expect zero change to their application infrastructure and no additional development required to enjoy corporate data privacy meeting various national, industry-wide and internal data protection regulatory compliance requirements.
The IBM System Storage Proven program supports the ability of independent hardware and software vendors to build high-quality solutions with the latest technology on leading storage platforms as well as reduce solution design time when multiple, tested building blocks have already been pre-tested.
