The Edcomm Group recently deployed its Ethics: Code of Conduct Training eLearning program — along with Edcomm’s own Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Link® for hosting and maintenance — to Synergy Bank of Waco, TX.
Ethics: Code of Conduct communicates the laws, policies and procedures that govern every action of every employee at the bank, reducing the risk of costly litigation and corporate image damage. Ethics: Code of Conduct provides comprehensive online Code of Conduct training for all bank employees, from the executive team to the entry-level employee. It informs participants about what is and is not acceptable business behavior, and what is expected of all bank employees. Ethics: Code of Conduct provides the legal policies that affect all employees, and it also underscores the ethical responsibilities of each individual employee to the bank. Topics covered include employee conduct in the workplace, bank property, use of information and insider trading, outside activities, reporting violations, conflicts of interest, prohibited financial interests and exceptions and gifts, meals and entertainment.
