Expertise includes Underwriting ( plan design, financial modeling, claims re-pricing of plan redesign alternatives, cost forecasts, establishing appropriate employer contributions, and flex plan design); Vendor Management (evaluation and selection of those who provide pharmacy benefit management services, vendor implementation and contracting for PBM services, formulary development, network development, and direct contracting with providers); and Plan Management (IT/programming, reporting, medical administration, employee communications, and data analytics.)
