New site features include a revamped design, simplified navigation, newsletter sign up, a bookmarking tool, a "send this page to a friend" form, and Live Chat services. Website visitors can also fill out visa applications and shop for Africa travel guides via direct links from the company website. Past clients are able to submit a survey detailing their travel experiences.
