Hookah company, SmokeandHookah.com (http://www.smokeandhookah.com) of Bahrani Distribution Corp., announced today the launch of their Hookah Blog.

Hookahs and Shisha are great, but sometimes, you just need a little change. SmokeandHookah.com is completely changing there image. The hookah company that is nearing their second year anniversary is investing heavily in their new image. Bahrani Distribution Corp., (owner of SmokeandHookah.com) decided to redesign their web site, logo, web site design, marketing literature, and add variety of hookah related information to their web site. Then, sister company, Online Marketing firm, Adviatech Corp., advised them to install a blog.
At first, Bahrani Co-Founder and President, Aaron Butts, was hesitant to include a blog on SmokeandHookah.com because he had noticed other hookah web sites using them as daily “self promotion machines” which goes against the new “Marketing by Education” initiative. Aaron Butts eventually decided to go ahead with the On-Site Blog and made it clear that the Hookah Blog would remain eighty percent information.
The Hookah Blog (now live at http://www.smokeandhookah.com/blog/index.php) has already attracted a lot of attention from the company’s daily web visitation. Currently, the blog has hookah smoking tips, commentary on the Motion Picture Association’s new “R Rating for Tobacco” policy, along with a growing directory of hookah bars for all fifty states and U.S. Territories.
Bahrani’s Hookah Blog does publish their press releases and company updates on the board but the majority of the blog entries are simply about the passion for the hookah.
Bahrani President, Aaron Butts comments, “This is a great tool for us to personally stay involved with the product and share answers to questions we receive on a daily basis. When working in a hookah business, it is sometimes hard to stay passionate about the product while dealing with the administration and operational aspects of the company and I think the Hookah Blog really helps us stay excited about the reason we are in this business which is the hookah itself.” He continued, “I don’t want people to come to our blog and expect to see a self promotion machine.
