VTWebProperties introduces Pixels For Change. This new pixel ad site differs from others in that they are giving away half the profits to charity. Currently they have selected one charity - Village Earth: The Consortium for Sustainable Village-Based Development to receive the donations we will make.
The plan with PixelsForChange is pretty simple, really:
1. Offer webmasters outbound links to their site which last a lifetime.
2. Raise money for causes we believe in.
As they begin to fill in the first grid they will select a second charity and create a grid to benefit them as well. They hope to be able to repeat this process many times over.
If you believe in the mission of Village Earth then you can support them by buying a single 10x10 square at one penny per pixel.
