Vexiom Capital seeks to raise $1 billion for private equity firm start-up

Atlanta, GA - Vexiom Capital Partners L.P., which is a private equity firm, owned by Vexiom Corporation, is starting up its own private equity business. The man who will run the operation is Tyler L. Barr, Chairman and CEO of Vexiom Corporation and Managing Partner of Vexiom Capital Partners, which represents the consortium of former investment banking executives, financial professionals and private investors.
Barr and his team will attempt to raise between $750 million and $1 billion in capital, which will then be used to invest in private companies, corporate debt, and real estate transaction in the U.S. and international markets.
