June 10, 2007 (Press Release) --
Relactions presents a new service that combines the online social advertising platform Zooppa.com with an integrated viral marketing campaign for the European travel operators.
Zooppa.com is the first Italian-American advertising start-up that is revolutionizing the traditional idea of advertising and its purpose is to create a powerful community that compete in creating the best and most viral commercials ever. The consumer is at the very center of the creative effort and has the chance to get paid to create online commercials.
For each travel operator Relactions partners with, a new contest will be launched.
How it works? Four simple steps:
1. I give you a brand
2. You make an advertising
3. You rate the best ones
4. I pay you!
Based on the brief provided by them, users can upload their own videos and concepts on the site. These will be available on-line for voting. The community itself will choose the best ones which will be rewarded with real money.
Zooppa.com is radically different from other content management platforms because it pays real money to the winning videos. It also offers the chance for users to coordinate and integrate different skills (copywriting, storyboarding, videomaking): through a bonus incentive mechanism, Zooppa.com promotes different kinds cooperation between users. If a winning video was based on a concept that another user suggested, both the author of the concept and the winning video receive an additional cash pay out.
Relactions will promote the contests through a viral campaign based on a seeding activity to ensure continuos submission to relevant (travel-related) blogs, directories, communities, websites: a viral marketing campaign can be used to increase brand awareness, enlarge customer base, carry out user profiling for subsequent, complementary actions of direct mailing and email marketing, and open another online communication channel.
Zooppa.com was officially launched on March 2007.
