The winning ticket will get a free evaluation at one of Dr. Daniel Amens clinic. This evaluation which includes two SPECT scans, is valued at $3250. The raffle closes at midnight on Friday, July 13th and the drawing of the winning ticket is at 10 a.m. PDT on Friday, July 20th. A member of Dr. Amen's staff will pull the winning number and a video and/or photos will be made of the drawing and posted to website
Here is a description of the raffle prize:
A complete diagnostic workup at one of Dr. Amens four clinicsTacoma, WA; Fairfield, CA: Newport Beach, CA or Reston, VAthe winner gets to choose. The workup includes a comprehensive intake process comprised of numerous questionnaires, a detailed clinical interview with a historian, two brain scans (SPECT) and an evaluation with a physician to discuss the findings. Together, the physician and person or family seeking help will then develop a plan for further diagnostic workup or treatment.
The patient will need to allow for 4 days of appointments, with each appointment running approximately 1-2 hours/day. More complete information is provided at the website of Attention Deficit Disorder Resources.
