For_Immediate_Release:

June 12, 2007 (Press Release) -- A Los Angeles group of Internet moms -- known as “Peachhead” -- is acting as a watchdog for pedophilia webmaster Jack McClellan.

McClellan, who maintains the web site "Los Angeles Girl Love" recently relocated to Los Angeles from Washington state where he ran a similar site.

Outraged at the news of his arrival, the Peachhead group -- comprised of about 5,800 Los Angeles moms -- is using the message board to keep themselves informed of McClellan’s whereabouts and activities. The women are also contacting local law enforcement and politicians demanding they keep the public safe.

According to Peachhead founder, Linda Perry, “When we heard he was hanging around in Los Angeles, there was a lot of anger and frustration. Everything from ‘we have to kick this guy out’ to talk of hiring a private investigator.”

But one of the group’s members -- child predator safety expert Pattie Fitzgerald of Safely Ever After, Inc. --warns against focusing so much attention on McClellan, and advises instead that moms teach their children how to watch out for “tricky people” who -- like McClellan -- could be anywhere.

According to Fitzgerald’s posts, “This McClellan guy is one brazen creep who we know about, but … if we focus all our attention on where the ‘bad guys’ are, we're still not teaching our kids how to be safe.”
