Serena Phillips of The Family Review Center announced today that the math series by Math Tutor DVD has been chosen as a gold award winner at the review center.

“Math Tutor DVD offers one on one math tutoring in all math subjects from first grade math on up to calculus, trig and physics.” Serena goes on to share “Using a white board and narration technique, Math Tutor DVD helps students to discover the inside scoop on the math problems that once baffled them. Now all students can and will see instant success.”
Math Tutor DVD was a big success at The Family Review Center. The award judges agreed that while it was not a film production filled with glitz and glamour, it was a method that worked and would help students of all ages become successful in a subject that many students struggle with. Award Judge Tracy said “I like the fact that Math Tutor DVD walks you through multiple problems, rather than quickly showing you the steps and moving on, leaving you to wonder how those steps will work in a different scenario! This program really helps that you learn stick in your head.”
The review team member who reviewed the series, also agreed with the award judges, that Math Tutor DVD was a beneficial program. Saying “I like the simplistic manner and ease in which he teaches. This makes math much less scary and much more doable. You can actually see what is going on and understand how it all works together.”
