A Northwestern Community Bank has chosen The Edcomm Group to deliver Mortgage Fraud Prevention Training for its bank-wide training needs. The Bank also chose to implement Edcomm’s own LMS, Learning Link® for hosting and maintenance.
Focus on Mortgage Fraud Prevention teaches the knowledge and skills needed to prevent and detect fraud and to minimize the risk of fraudulent activity. This course gives a comprehensive, in-depth look into the types of fraud commonly perpetrated in the Bank, including schemes such as phishing and identity theft, and how to combat them. Students will learn how to review loan documentation, spot red flags of various mortgage fraud schemes and identify perpetrators. They will also learn about fraud prevention tools the Bank has in place to protect the Bank, its employees and its customers.
