New Talent Infusion Propels Creative Boutique Led By Editor Jeff Beckerman
NEW YORK, NY May 14, 2007 - BOND (http://www.bondedit.com), the creative editorial/visual effects design boutique launched last year by editor Jeff Beckerman, has added editors Beth Cramer and Sebastian Wainstein to its creative roster. They join a creative staff that also includes editors David Smalheiser, Greg Kiernan, Gustavo Bernal, Scott Pelzel and Beckerman, as well as designer/visual effects artists Jeff Spangler and it's sister audio shop, Sound & Vision Studios.
The move furthers Beckerman's overall vision for BOND as a versatile, yet highly specialized, creative resource for the advertising and entertainment industry.
"Both Beth and Sebastian bring very special elements to BOND," said Beckerman. "Beth is an experienced editor known for her mastery in the fashion/beauty niche with a strong following at many top agencies and directors around the world. Sebastian comes to us from Argentina following six years editing for top directors and agencies in the Hispanic market. Our goal is to offer a lot of creativity under one roof and adding Beth and Sebastian are big part of what we're building."
Beth Cramer:
A veteran editor, Cramer is known for her evocative fashion/beauty spots, as well as her story telling work for such agencies as Wieden + Kennedy, Euro RSCG, Grey and Altschiller Associates, among others. Cramer established her career at Red Car NY and edited there from '94-'04, and from '04-'06 at The Well NY. Over the years Cramer has worked with many top commercial directors including Marcus Nispel, Gerard de Thame, Bob Giraldi, Leslie Dektor and Peter Goldschmidt and cut campaigns for Fidelity, Sprint, Chase Manhattan, ESPN, Victoria's Secret, Olay to name a few.
Sebastian Wainstein:
Originally from Buenos Aires, Wainstein knew he wanted to be in film editor even from the time he was in high school. "I was focused on film editing in high school, and later in film school," said Wainstein, "and from the beginning I always seemed to have a knack for editing."
That didn't stop Wainstein for working on numerous film sets as a way of rounding out his filmmaking education. In 2000 he settled into film editing full-time and quickly became one of the regions most in-demand young editors. His reel includes spots for top brands such as Sprite, Continental Airlines, Bavaria Red beer, CTI Mobile and a hilarious campaign directed by Jose Antonio Prat of production company Supply & Demand, Los Angeles, for Axe body spray that depicts a college that teaches young men how to seduce women.
