StClaire USA announces availability of NanoLube by StClaire ™ , which is the culmination of over twenty years of R & D in the nanoscale anti friction molecules, Nano Bearings.

The “Nano-Bearings ” in NanoLube by StClaire ™ are a very predictable nano scale spherical molecules about 90 nanometers in size which exhibit unparalleled anti-friction qualities suitable for extreme pressure applications, among others. The Nano-Bearings are magnetically induced to adhere and penetrate microscopic metal crevices, providing a very low friction dynamic contact with an unsurpassed moisture, anti oxidant (rust) anti corrosion barrier. Sanding the treated parts would actually be the only way to remove them. NanoLube by StClaire ™ is compatible with a wide array of lubricating fluids, both synthetic and mineral base.
“Galling between similar metals such as stainless steel and aluminum is a thing of the past,” says Christian StClaire as he demonstrated in the “SureFire” and “StreamLight” booths at the Shot Show 2007 in Orlando, FL 2007 .
After 4 micro drops were applied to 4 areas at 90 degree positions on the flashlight threads, and after conditioning the threads by opening and closing the metal battery cap a few times, the entourage observed a near photographic equipment thread feel with no more grinding, which was audible before application. The same demonstration was performed in the Streamlight booth with great attention from the officials present.
The product was also demonstrated in Knives Manufacturers’s booth such as the Buck Knives Company where 5 micro drops on each side of the blade and locking mechanism rendered a knife smooth opening and closing even after re tightening the screws to firm up the blade, the effect is durable.
NanoLube by StClaire ™ was demonstrated publicly in the booth hosted by one of its Distributors Tektite Corp. Trenton NJ, and in private with Armament Manufacturers such as Remington Arms Company, Ruger Fire Arms, Leupold, Springfield Armory, Desert Scorpion Industries,Alexander Arms, GA Precision and Barrett among others.
Applications for “Nano-Bearings by StClaire” are so broad that two formulations are released for Armament, Knives and Flashlight also suitable for all metal to metal dynamic contacts:
1- An All Purpose Highly Concentrated Light 10 weight formulation
2- Heavy 85 weight formulation prepared for rapid fire arms which up to now required a grease
The two formulations are available in a little bottle with an all-metal cap stainless needle applicator for extremely hard to reach parts such as in armaments including guns and rifles of all calibers.
All NanoLube by StClaire ™ formulations contain NONE of the following: PTFE, Graphite, Molybdenum disulfide (known as Moly), Teflon, Silicone, Copper, Lead. Absolutely no metals or harmful solvents.
