In a stunning display of ignorance, Joe Otto, the COO of WIlliam Penn school DIstrict and Dana Bedden, the superintendent of the District have not responded to several reports of unsafe happenings at many of the schools they run.
"Joe Otto is too close to retirement, and Dana Bedden wants out," says an unidentied concerned parent, "Neither wants to do a thing about it because they claim the district is broke. WHo broke it?"
The service company Aramark was hired seven years ago to control the maintenance and opeartions of this school district, but they have done a terrible job thus far. Aramark has many complaints against it throughout the internet, and residents wonder when the district will wise up and oust the struggling outsiders.
"Give the jobs back to the city," says Joe, a person wishing to be kept unidentified. "Get rid of Aramark who destroyed this place in the first place."
William Penn looks shoddy right now, but with a little pushing to get Aramark out, Dana Bedden getting his new job assignment, and Joe Otto retiring, the district can once again look at brighter days ahead.
