The service is free to use and allows users to bookmark certain web sites that they would like to be notified whenever a change to that site is made. "Change Alerts" are sent out by E-Mail, pager, ICQ, or a text message platform. ChangeDetect sends you a version of the webpage with new text underlined in green and deleted text crossed out in red.
