 Sullivan Gardner has filed a libel action against a New York newspaper

Sullivan Gardner has filed a libel action against the Times/Review Newspaper Corporation for its The News Review publication. The action alleges the stories carried by the newspaper misrepresented a client’s prior business practices and history regarding DEC and local permitted facilities on Long Island. Sullivan Gardner PC is currently defending a SLAPP suit brought by one of the more well-known first amendment litigation firms in the country.
