A group of former Globetel employees and creditors intends to petition the US Bankruptcy Court to place Globetel Communications LLC, and its
subsidiaries, into involuntary bankruptcy.
Companies or individuals who are currently owed monies by Globetel or its subsidiaries are invited to participate in the creditors group.
There will be no fees or charges to participating creditors.
All interested parties please provide contact information, the amount currently owed and by which entity, i.e.; Corporate, Sanswire,
Wireless, etc. You will receive a brief questionnaire from the attorneys to confirm your status as a creditor.
