Gourmet Productions Catering and Fine Foods Market in Lake Oswego, Oregon celebrates ten years with their annual summer barbecue. They will be serving up the great summer classics on Thursday, July 12 & Friday, July 13.
The menu includes jail-break spare ribs, chicken skewers, flank steak, salmon, split chickens, pulled pork, hot wings and dip'em sauce, deviled eggs, confetti coleslaw, corm muffins, southern-style collard greens, fruit salad, smokey baked beans, blue ribbon potato salad, chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, nectarine cobbler, and raspberry lime meringue pie.
