New Braunfels, TX: Lynn Byrne, independent education consultant and Director of Hill Country ECS-Research & Consulting, is making great strides in promoting the value of higher education and positive self-esteem in teens and young adults. As an independent education consultant, Dr. Byrne is concerned with creating and maintaining educational and support programs that provide Texas youth and their families with the tools they need to successfully prepare and plan for higher education and entry into the workforce.
