AB 405(Montanez) Sponsored by California Safe Schools became effective January 1, 2006, and prohibited some pesticide products from use on school sites

July 12, 2007 (Press Release) -- The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) makes available a list of pesticide products that are prohibited from use on school sites under AB 405. This list is updated every three months by DPR

Please go to the School IPM website, http://www.schoolipm.info and check the "AB 405 List of Prohibited Pesticides" for the current list.
