July 13, 2007 (Press Release) --
The Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Hong Kong is expanding its GulfAsia Economic and Business Opportunities Research Services to its members through the recent appointment of Mr. Angus C K Pun as its China Analyst.
Mr. Pun, a New Zealand National, holds a Bachelors Degree in Physics from the Nanyang University in Singapore and an MBA from Massey University in New Zealand.
Mr. Pun has for many years assisted Dr. A S Johan, the Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Venture Capital Guru and Committee Member of ARABCHAM in researching and identifying profitable business opportunities in China.
Mr. Pun will be responsible for researching and identifying economic and business trends in China and how it relates to the Middle East. A summary of his research will be incorporated into a monthly ARABCHAM newsletter that will be emailed to Chamber members and to other Chambers of Commerce Globally with whom ARABCHAM has a corresponding relationship. The newsletter will be free of charge.
“I believe that China and the Middle East will be two of the fastest growing regions in terms of both capital production and capital consumption for the next five years at least. It is therefore going to be very important for serious players to have the most recent and accurate information about economic and business opportunities in these two regions. My work is meant to complement ARABCHAM’s mission to create greater levels of economic and business interaction between Asia and the Middle East” said Mr. Pun.
