Denise Best, owner of Blissful Elegance Events announced that DeVoe Signature Events will produce the 2007 Diva for a Day Fashion Show on August 18th. Gwen is a former plus size model who now specializes and dedicates her time to plus size model training, development and management. A long time advocate and supporter of increasing the visibility of fuller figures on fashion runways, Gwen is now focusing her attention to the production of Dangerous Curves…the Tour, a traveling runway show and trunk sale for plus size women, and ProjectCURVES™, a one-day boot camp designed for aspiring plus models, both of which have been widely received by sold-out audiences across the nation.

The 10-hour event will feature relaxing, on-site spa treatments including massages and facials, makeup tips and other exciting activities as well as a wonderful fashion show.
There are three affordable packages to accommodate every Diva: Diva Deluxe, VIP Diva and Just Diva, ranging in price from $35.00 - $155.00, each with a combination of luxurious spa treatments, informative workshops and seminars, exclusive shopping, fashion show admission and priority seating, breakfast, appetizers and complimentary desserts. The first 75 attendees will also receive the exclusive “Diva Duffle”, a goodie bag with more than $50 worth of sponsor products and information.
A portion of the proceeds from “Diva for a Day” will be donated to Voices of Women (VOW) a project of the Battered Women’s Resource Center.
