Neuftec Limited, a company registered in the Commonwealth of Dominica, today issued a statement in response to the announcement made by Oxonica PLC on 12th July 2007 relating to the ongoing legal dispute between Oxonica Energy Limited & Neuftec Limited.

�The directors of Neuftec have taken note of the Oxonica release and are taking very seriously the far from accurate portrayal of the facts contained within the release from Oxonica PLC. Neuftec are in consultation with their international legal team relating to the inaccuracies riddled throughout the statement and will be issuing a detailed press release shortly.
