Popular Real Estate Investing Show Offers Attendees a First Hand Look at How to Fix and Manage Properties

July 16, 2007 – Charlotte, NC Get Real, The Real Estate Investing Show for the Rest of Us, the number one weekly real estate investing podcast, is hosting a unique weekend training event. The event will be held in Charlotte, NC August 18-19, 2007. The focus of the event will be providing a training platform for new and experienced investors to learn more about the real world of real estate investing. Sessions will include marketing to find discounted properties, building your superstar investment team and how to manage properties. Other industry professionals will be presenting information to develop a well rounded real estate investing business.
The event will be held at the Marriott Executive Park, Charlotte, NC. The real estate investing sessions will run from 8am-5pm Saturday with roundtable discussion from 7:30-9:30 Saturday night. Sunday will include a bus tour from 9am-3pm with more classroom education to follow until 5pm.
The luxury coach bus tour will include properties in various stages of repair. This exercise is designed to help the investor visualize what a rent ready property should look like and what are the necessary repairs needed to market a property. One unique aspect to the bus tour is that each home will have contractors on site to explain the work either completed or what needs to be completed. There will also be a home inspector on site to show investors what to look for regarding repair work.
