IDI selected for work on clubhouses at Ridglea Country Club courses

(Free-Press-Release.com) July 16, 2007 -- Fort Worth, Texas – The board of directors of Ridglea Country Club has selected Innovative Developers, Inc. (IDI) as its construction manager for clubhouse projects on the North and South courses.
The South (Championship) Course, 3901 Ridglea Country Club Drive, will get a new clubhouse facility of approximately 11,000 square feet. It will be surrounded by a picturesque, 4,000-square-foot porch. Work is expected to be completed by the Summer 2008.
The clubhouse at the North (Family) Course, at 3700 Bernie Anderson Avenue, will be remodeled and upgraded by Fall 2007.

The North Course, completed in 1930 by developer A.C. Luther, plays 6447 yards from the championship tees. The Championship Course, opened in 1967, plays to 7,200 yards from the championship tees.
