FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) July 17, 2007 --
"Guy Pride! A Musical Revue" written and co-created by Lee Cavellier and and co-created by Cedric Jones returns to DON'T TELL MAMA (343 West 46th Street, NYC - 1-212-757-0788 ) for an extended run after selling out its shows in June.
New performance dates are Friday July 13th at 7:00 pm, Tuesday July 24th at 7:00 pm, Wednesday July 25th at 7:00 pm and Wednesday August 1st at 9:00 pm.
The evening kicks off with a welcome from co-creators/best friends Cedric Jones and Lee Cavallier. Then, with the help of the very talented Meridoc "Doc" Burkhardt and the flamboyantly talented Lance "Lancy" Marshall, they tell their stories of friendship, broken hearts and of course ... clothes. With such wonderful tunes as "Why? 'Cause I'm a Guy!" (I Love You ... Now Change), "Brotherhood of Man" (How to Succeed ... ), the old Hollies classic "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother", and even a few original pieces from well-known composer/lyricist Charles Bloom, all brilliantly performed by Music Director Phillip Kirchman, "Guy Pride" promises to be a night of musical joy and wonder, that will make you proud to be a man ... whether you are one or not!
