Innovative education program educates talent agents. Agents learn the ins and outs of being a talent agent.

The TALENT AGENCY INSTITUTE sponsors entertainment training programs for talent agents. The innovative new programs center around the operation of a talent agency and the functions of a talent agent at work.
New education programs sponsored by the institute include: the TALENT AGENT COURSE, TALENT AGENCY OPERATIONS Program, the PERSONAL MANAGER Course, TALENT AGENCY LICENSING exercise (participants are given a chance to make application for a Talent Agency License), and the PUBLICITY Course. Other courses will be added as time goes by.

Persons are not required to allready have a talent agency license nor do they necessarily need to be working for a talent agency to qualify. But, it can be helpful.
These special knowledge programs are designed for working talent agents or persons who intend to become talent agents.
Participants in the programs will be required to scout out an "actor client" and then to AUDITION them for a motion picture yet to be produced.
All training programs are under the supervision of practicing talent agents and personal managers.
