How Esgic Plus Rx is Taken
Take this Esgic Plus medicine only as directed by your doctor . Do not take more of Esgic Plus, do not take Esgic Plus more often, and do not take Esgic Plus for a longer time than your doctor ordered. Adults should take one or 2 Esgic Plus capsules or Esgic Plus tablets every four hours as needed. If your Esgic Plus medicine contains 325 or 500 milligrams (mg) of acetaminophen in each Esgic Plus capsule or Esgic Plus tablet, you should not take more than six capsules or tablets a day.
Esgic Plus Rx Warnings/Precautions
If the Esgic Plus medicine stops working as well as Esgic Plus did when you first started using Esgic Plus, this may mean that you are in danger of becoming dependent on the Esgic Plus medicine. Do not try to get better pain relief by increasing the Esgic Plus dose. If you are having headaches more often than you did before you started taking this Esgic Plus medicine ;this is especially important if a new headache occurs within 1 day after you took your last dose of this Esgic Plus medicine, headaches begin to occur every day, or a headache continues for several days in a row. This may mean that you are dependent on the Esgic Plus medicine. Continuing to take this Esgic Plus medicine will cause even more headaches later on . Your doctor can give you advice on how to relieve the headaches.
Esgic Plus Rx Missed Dose
If your doctor has ordered you to take this Esgic Plus medicine according to a regular Esgic Plus schedule and you miss a Esgic Plus dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next Esgic Plus dose, skip the missed Esgic Plus dose and go back to your regular Esgic Plus dosing schedule. Do not double dose Esgic Plus.
