Online Tools, Quick-Access Feature Added To Bright House Networks Digital Phone Services
INDIANAPOLIS (Wednesday, July 25, 2007) – Bright House Networks today introduced two new features to its digital phone services available to Indiana residents.

More than 427,000 customers across the company’s six operating divisions now subscribe to Bright House Networks digital phone. These new features are now available to the 120,000 Bright House Networks customers in Indiana, including residents in the communities of Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Avon, Pittsboro, Plainfield, Fortville, Marion, Gas City and Jonesboro.

NEW ONLINE TOOLS
Digital Phone Online Tools allow Bright House Networks digital phone subscribers to listen to, save and delete voice mail messages through their local Bright House Networks website. Indiana customers may access online tools at www.indiana.mybrighthouse.com. Digital phone subscribers may also use the tools to change voice mail settings, including personal identification numbers or language settings. Digital Phone Online Tools are provided to Bright House Networks subscribers at no additional charge.
NEW *98 SERVICE
Bright House Networks digital phone subscribers can now enter *98 on their phone to quickly access voice mail. This feature is also provided at no additional charge.
As the number of new digital phone features expands, so does the popularity of Bright House Networks’ digital phone services. Bright House Networks digital phone subscribers also have access to numerous other features beyond voice mail, including Enhanced 911, Call Waiting, Three-Way Calling, Second Line, Caller ID, Call Waiting ID, Call Forwarding, Speed Dial and Anonymous Call Rejection.
This year, for the second consecutive year, Bright House Networks’ digital phone service ranked highest in the Southeast region of the U.S. for customer satisfaction, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Residential Regional Telephone Customer Satisfaction StudySM. Digital phone rated extremely high in customer service, billing, image, cost of service, offerings and promotions.
