Motivational Personal Training Offers Fitness Boot Camp in San Antonio

(Free-Press-Release.com) July 25, 2007 -- July 10, 2007- San Antonio- Motivational Personal Training (MPT) is kicking off August by challenging San Antonio residents to get fit during the 4 week MPT Fitness Challenge to be held at the Blossom Athletic Center in San Antonio on Starcrest Dr. just east of U.S. 281.

Those participating in the MPT Fitness Boot Camp will be greeted with an energizing, camaraderie building group setting. Each workout will be unique, consisting of various exercises such as pushups, sit-ups, conditioning drills, flexibility exercises and more designed to give each camper a vigorous full body workout that will safely lead them to achieving their fitness goals.

Certified Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Coach, Nicholas Wood said, “San Antonio has not had an opportunity for its residents to get into shape without paying for an expensive gym membership. I am going to provide our bootcampers with a fun, safe, affordable and most importantly an effective way to achieve their fitness goals.”
