On the morning of December 16th 1960,
Mr.Raymond Garcia as a teen witness a plane crash in Brooklyn New York,It was the midair collsion between United flight 826, and Trans-World Airlines, flight 266. It would take years for him to come to terms with the horrible event that occurred.
Mr. Garcia believed that by writing about this event, he would put some closure behind him.
In 1999, he sat down and wrote his story entitled "Sterling Place".
On September 2001, he copyrighted his story with the Library of Congress Cert.#TXU-1075-120. A website was created to promote his story

He has also promoted his story per the Internet.
DJ Donnelly, an unknown movie company who has no resume of ever doing a movie and was registered in 2005 has come out publicly and stated that
Mr. Garcia is violating their copyright infringement, because they are making a movie.
The First Amendment states:
THE PEOPLE SHALL NOT BE DEPRIVED OF ABRIDGED OF THEIR RIGHT TO SPEAK, TO WRITE, OR TO PUBLISH THEIR SENTIMENTS; AND THE FREEDOM OF THE PRESS, AS ONE OF THE GREAT BULWARKS OF LIBERTY, SHALL BE INVIOLABLE.
Under the First Amendment, its DJ Donnelly, that has violated Mr. Garcia rights,by requesting and threaten to bring suit to Mr. Garcia if he does not stop promoting his story which was copyrighted before DJ Donnelly Company ever existed. Further more DJ Donnelly has accused this Author of stealing copyright statements from their web sites, however all contents that appears in Mr.Garcia's website, and Internet has been copyrighted since 2001, so really it's Mr. Garcia's Statements.
Its evident what DJ Donnelly has done. The people of New York are no Dummies.
The people should know the truth, and decide who has committed copyright infringement.
